Go to Today's Question →A New Team Every Week
Every question for Soccer — Easy, Medium, and Hard — follows the same fictional team and roster for an entire week, Sunday through Saturday. Once Soccer launches, each week will follow its own fictional team and roster, just like Football (American), Basketball, and Tennis already do.
The next week brings a brand new team and a brand new set of players. A few reasons that matters:
- Questions feel like they're building on a storyline instead of being random, disconnected numbers.
- Coming back day after day means finding out what "your" team did next — a small hook that makes daily practice easier to stick with.
- Every team and player is fictional, so there's never any confusion with real athletes, real teams, or real statistics.
- A fresh cast each week keeps the questions feeling new, even when the underlying math skill stays the same all week.
How the Levels Work in Soccer
Add goals scored in the first half and second half, combine shots on target across two games, or subtract to find the goal difference between two teams. Soccer's two-half structure and low-scoring nature make addition and subtraction easy to follow.
Calculate total goals from a per-game scoring average, work out a team's average possession time per half, or find total assists from a per-season rate. Soccer analytics increasingly run on per-90-minute rates, which is exactly the kind of multiplication and division these questions will practice.
Determine a team's pass completion percentage, or calculate the percentage increase in a player's assists from one season to the next. Possession and pass-completion percentage are two of the most talked-about modern soccer stats.
Try a Sample Question
Soccer hasn't launched yet, so these are illustrative previews in the same style — try one to get a feel for how it'll work.
Diego Cruz scored 2 goals in the first half and 1 goal in the second half. How many total goals did Diego Cruz score in the match?
Bayview United scored 24 goals over 8 games. What was Bayview United's average goals per game?
Bayview United attempted 40 passes and completed 32 of them. What percentage of Bayview United's passes were completed?
Who Is This For?
A short daily question that uses stats from a sport you actually care about, instead of a worksheet. Answer at your own level — start with Easy and work up to Hard as you get more comfortable, and see the explanation right after you answer so you know exactly why the answer is what it is.
A ready-made warm-up or homework supplement that doesn't require any setup. Three difficulty levels per sport mean you can point different students at different levels without singling anyone out, and each question comes with a written explanation, so it works as independent practice, not just something you have to walk through yourself.
See how teachers use it →A low-pressure way to keep math skills warm outside of school, in a format your kid already wants to engage with. It only takes a couple of minutes a day, there's nothing to set up or grade, and if they get one wrong the explanation walks them through it — no need for you to be the one re-teaching multiplication at the dinner table.
See how parents use it →A way to connect the stats your players already talk about — shooting percentage, yards per carry, first-serve percentage — to the math they're learning in school. Share the day's question with the team as a quick mental warm-up before or after practice, and it doubles as a light, no-pressure way to build team habits around something other than the game itself.
